The body has a group of receptors in the body called the endocannabinoid system which is responsible for sleep, relaxation, inflammatory responses, and cognitive ability. Sometimes this system becomes impaired. These oils may help replace the endocannabinoids where your body is lacking!

Electromuscular Stimulation (EMS)

Electrical muscle stimulation is a therapy using electrodes providing an electrical stimulation to the muscles. This helps to help loosen up the muscles and relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and to help retrain the muscles.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a muscle release technique. It involves applying moderate pressure to the muscle on a knot or trigger point to help relax the muscle and decrease muscle tension. This technique is done on each patient before or after an adjustment.

Therapeutic Exercise Prescription

Dr. Mitchell will analyze your X-Rays and do a complete exam on you looking for many different factors. If she finds any areas of weakness or other medical reason to add in therapeutic exercise she can give you recommendations and demonstrate how to do them at the Clinic. This will help with your progress in combination with Chiropractic care.

Inversion Table

Inversion tables are designed to use gravity to relieve some pressure on the spine. The spine can become compressed over time. The inversion table combined with Chiropractic care can help with this.
